Developing a training plan

I’m considering whether I need to ask clarifying questions about the user's desired level and position. It seems smart to confirm the sport and level, including a typical role. Maybe I can provide a default basketball plan but note that if it's for soccer, some drills would need changing. I'll ask just one question for clarity and include a default plan to get started. I’ll keep formatting minimal but can use short headers if that helps!
